Was out along the James this afternoon when I saw this large bird. I pointed my camera at him and and said "Wow! He's got a white tail" I started snapping and then I thought "Wow! He's got a white head. I think it's an adult eagle" This was a real treat for me. I've wanted to do this since I went to the eagle release last year at Berkley Plantation. Here's the results. I'll be back to try to get some better shots of him soon.
